1939: First christmas card with “Crimson Star”

In Dec. 1938, publishing house«Правда» has issued this “Happy New Year” postcard. Almost all christmas cards after this time were represented by the Kremlin stars, emphasizing that the USSR’s new year is not the ringing of church bells and chiming clock.
