the picture of the victims and their families

37 innocent people have been killed at the Ankara massacre, 13 March 2016. In these days their funerals have been made. There were the react and angry outcries against PKK terrorist organization and AKP’s policies. In here I’d like to share some of them. Many stories have been left behind them. And I know also anything cannot be told enough for their stories, and for their familes and friends.

His mother said at the funeral with crying: My son’s murderer is one vampire. He turned off the light of my son’s eyes. But all will stay into the darkness. Because I will flame the spark. You will never forget my son’s name. Look at my son’s eyes. You will get drowned. You will drowned in my son’s blood! My son’s murderer is one vampire, which isn’t saturated with blood!

and the other twenty five people…

Last 3 days, I haven’t seen to much attention for the Ankara massacre by world public. WHY? Same questions was asked by an English music man who lives in Ankara. James Taylor shared these lines from his facebook account.

‘You were Charlie, you were Paris. Will you be Ankara?’

here his writing:

“For those who do not know Turkey, or who distance themselves from these attacks, maybe this will open your eyes.

The bombing this evening occurred in the one of the most crowded parts of the centre of town, next to many bus stops with people waiting to go home, arriving for a night out, and sitting in the park relaxing and drinking tea.Is is the equivalent of a bomb going off outside Debenhams on the Drapery in Northampton, or on New street in Birmingham, or Piccadilly Circus in London. Can you imagine being there? Can you imagine the place you walk past every day, the bus stops you use, the roads you cross being obliterated. Can you imagine the victims?

The teenagers catching the bus to go home, the grandparents walking into town, the people waiting for a taxi after a long day laughing and socialising in the sun.Now imagine they were english, and this attack was in England. If these people were instead the people you see every day on your way to work, people just like you and I, normal, happy people. Families, policemen, students, artists, couples. Your friends maybe. These people are no different. They just happen to be Turkish.

Contrary to what many people think, Turkey is not the Middle East. Ankara is not a war zone, it is a normal modern bustling city, just like any other European capital, and Kizilay is the absolute heart, the centre. It is very easy to look at terror attacks that happen in London, in New York, in Paris and feel pain and sadness for those victims, so why is it not the same for Ankara? Is it because you just don’t realise that Ankara is no different from any of these cities? Is it because you think that Turkey is a predominantly Muslim country, like Syria, like Iraq, like countries that are in a state of civil war, so therefore it must be the same and because you don’t care about those ones, then why should you care about Turkey?

If you don’t believe that these attacks in Ankara affect you, or you can’t feel the same pain you felt during the Paris or London attacks, then maybe you should stop to think why, why is it that you feel like that. Turkey is an amazing country with truly wonderful people. I have never felt more welcome, more happy, more safe than I do here.Ankara is my home, it has been for the last 18 months, and it will continue to be my home. You were Charlie, you were Paris. Will you be Ankara?”

And my question and my following words are for those who shared France flag and condemned the terror at Paris but don’t see Ankara massacres. Last 5 months about 200 people were killed at Ankara by PKK and ISIS. But I don’t see same reaction like Paris. WHY?

Because of you don’t like AKP government and Tayyip Erdogan policies! Is this your answer? I don’t like any government at EU and USA, but this is not preventing my sadness to any victims of terror at these contries. This is about deep instict. Let’s confess; You never liked the people of any east country, including Turkey, Russia, Iran, Syria or etc in real. You never seen as valuable of the people’s life at east. Please tell the face the victims of terror at above picture, “your life is not valuable more than the people at west.”

If my words are hard for you I want to give a simple example besides houndreds.

Mesut Ozil is a Turkish origin football player, and playing at Arsenal football team. He shared his sadness with a tweet for Ankara massacre. And most people chanced the hashtag “pray for Ankara” as “pray for Arsenal”scoffingly , you can see their replies.

Anyway, this is just one example.
Let’s confess; You just like to share photos of victims at Middle East for catching attention by public. You always like the drama, because you now that drama is most neccesary thing for being popular of you. You never thought actually. You never wanted to think actually.

This is hypocrisy. Ohh no, isn’t it! It is! And, I give you a tip:

That’s why, any public of the east never believes sincerity of your feelings. And as long as this mentality will continue, they will never believe.

  1. Reblogged this on An Outsider's Sojourn II and commented:
If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend’s or of thine own were: any man’s death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bells tolls; it tolls for thee.”

      • You and your (our) people, here and in a distant galaxy;), are not alone. We are all in this current nightmare together, even if the majority of us don’t realize it yet!

      • Thank you! Also, you’re right, all in together are in same nightmare. But some people want to see the cause of this nightmare is as east. They don’t accept the real problem is imperialism and its consequences. And I guess, they will never accept.

      • I feel your pain, Migo. I was having this discussion with a person over the last few days, with a person who exactly does not accept that, and sometimes all you can do is just feel compassion for all, even those who do not accept or refuse to accept, because as you say, ultimately we are all in the same nightmare.

      • Thank you my Earthling friend, BeeHappee! And I have been thinking last 3 days, how can we deal with this mentality. It is too hard you know. And I can’t ignore their existence, because they are too many, and they seem like covering all place on this planet. But despite their existence, I will contunie to speak as much I can.

      • Someday, when the truth will be known, and can no longer be denied, they will accept it! They’ll have no choice!

This empire in the west is crumbling, and quickly!

      • Yes, the western imperialism is crumbling! But they know this is, the elites know this. I am not sure and I don’t know what the elites have taken measures for preventing to people awakening.

      • I can’t speak for Europeans, but one day soon, the elite powers are going to go one step too far in the U.S., and all hell is going to break loose here.

As fat, lazy and entitled as Americans are, they still have a breaking point, just like all of folks from this third rock from the sun;-)

It may not happen in my lifetime, but sooner or later, this empire is coning down, just like every other one that has ever existed!

      • I can speak for some Europeans because of we see more news about them at east. And we learn the history with theirs, because the history of eastern people is almost intertwine. And as I could see until this day, I believe the some Europeans have high level breaking points more than USA people. Maybe unbreakable points we can say.

You said, just like every other one that ever existed. Yes! But it caused too many pain. I hope after its collapse, we can be a remedy for pains at the all corners at this planet, my dear Earthling friend!

  2. Ah…this is so sad! And we don’t have anything here in the news. You are right, my friend: it is a hypocritical world.

And you are right again: only the lives of the modernized industrial nations are valued. They aren’t actually valued, but they have the world news media to tell them, “You are special.”

Really, it is just a big marketing campaign. The West only celebrates the West. The West only mourns the West. The rich nations only care about other rich nations. It is Marx’s class war on a global scale. It is like the Indian caste system.

And so, my dear friend, as you listed these people I became truly sad. As a beginner in Turkish language I see these names like Mehmet and I just learned this is Turkish equivalent of Mohammed for a person’s name.

So it makes me sad. And you are right: what is most sad is that few people around the world really care. Also, their news media deceives them. For Paris attacks, they say, “This is a great tragedy” and we see it on our news nonstop. But now these times in Ankara and maybe only a small mention in the news.

Unfortunately, the lesson is this. Europe does not care about Turkey. NATO does not really care about Turkey. It is plain and clear.

I am deeply saddened for this massacre. I hope the people of Turkey will know the truth of these bombings and that they will have the opportunity for justice.

    • Thank you for your sincere attention my dear Earthling friend! You said “It is Marx’s class war on a global scale. It is like the Indian caste system.” Yes, it is very true. And I guess, if humanity cannot overcome this situation, they will never see the illumination ages.

Most people didn’t understand and still don’t understand that why Paris attacks were showed nonstop on tv screen. Because the powers were wanting to catch attention of public to ISIS and those days when the days often talk about sending troops to Syria on global scale. And we all see after than especially many European counties send troops to Syria. Also internal security laws that put a strain for refugees and immigrants. They almost applied to stage of siege at Paris at those days. The things that were made over public after massacre seemed like the test by the powers over the public. If we look for the ones who we will want to blame, we always look at the ones who got profit through the event, you know my dear friend. And who got the profit in here? Arms dealers, the ones who wants to give new shape to Middle East, who wants to be an equal terms on the table with Russia and etc. And it seems they achieved to their aims.

And yes, Mehmet name is the name which made in Turkish of Mohammed with Turkish voices. Like, Jacgues in French , Jack in English. And Mehmet means much-praised, eulogised person. Also I have to admit, I admire to your determination about learning an another language:)
