The claims based on non-facts of history, and hatred are sign of Fascism!

The inspiration for this title is the banner below.

At the Greek capital, Athens, held a ceremony marking the “May 19th, genocide of the Pontian Greeks”. Syriza and the Independent Greeks took the high level of participation from the coalition government. Government spokesman Gavrila Sakellaridis, asked recognition “political murder and persecution of Pontian Greeks’ from Turkey.

It is being claimed 353.000 Pontian Greeks people were killed by Turks in 1914-1922. (In fact, the organizers of the memorial day acted merciful. According to some web sites, this figure reaches up to 1 million!)

Is it surprise? Nooo! As I have said in one of my old posts:

Even the dinosaurs were wiped out by the Turks on Earth! Haha!

In fact, imperialists, who cause all kinds of dirty history and massacre, create enmity among other peoples to cover their own sinners by creating scapegoat. The Turks are the best example of the scapegoat in human history!

And in some countries like Greece, some fascists are being used for this creation. And this post is adressing these fascists, not the other Greeks!

At the meeting on May 19, that banner was seen, like the many others. It is writing on it:

“The non recognition of the genocide is a sign of Nazisim.”

As you can see, the 3 historical people on the banner. Second one is Ataturk, third one is Lenin. And I guess the first one is Tsar Nikolai Aleksandrovich Romanov, but I am not sure he is tsar or not.

Now, in this equation, if we remove tsar from the equation, the remaining two people have made their own countries independent, saved the people from the tsar and the sultan, and one of signed and created the Soviet revolution, the other one the Turkish revolution. And these people are included as two elements under a banner as an example of Nazism!

(I do not know what kind of brains of those who prepare this banner? What they drunk or ate? But, it needs to be very solid substance to be stoned like that. To get high like them, I want to same what they drunk or ate. Haha!)

In the meantime, those who accused persons who would not be the fascist with Nazism, resorted to violence.

Yiannis Boutaris, age 75, the mayor of Greece’s second-largest city Thessaloniki has been treated in hospital after being beaten up by about a dozen people.

He was attending an event commemorating too, but the right extremists forced him to the ground, punching and kicking him.

He is Thessaloniki mayor. And Thessaloniki is called “Selanik” by Turks. This city is also the city where Mustafa Kemal Ataturk borned in 1881. So many Turks visit the Ataturk’s house in the city for many years. The mayor as known as a person, who tries to give the effort to establish a peaceful dialogue between the Turks and the Greeks. Yiannis Boutaris received intense criticism after being elected mayor in 2012, because of his words “Turks are my brother”. Against the accusations, he had said that his aim “is not to be liked but to be useful.”

Now, when thinking, what can do these fascists who even can not bear the words of the peaceful people in their own when they see a peaceful Turk tomorrow?

It’s a very dangerous way! There have been those who have gone this way before!

Like, the Armenian terrorist organization Asala has killed 38 Turkish consul generals and diplomats in many different countries between 1973 and 1984, backed by the French government. These Turkish diplomats were in many different cities of countries, from Paris to Los Angeles. Some Asala killers of them were punished, others were free.

If 38 diplomats of US or Britain or France had been killed by an terror organization, then the boms would have rain to that country of terrorists. But when Turkish diplomats are killed, all western imperialists play three monkeys. Of course they will not see the terror they created themselves.

Why the Republic of Turkey and Ataturk are always the target?

Why did I say that. In many ways I can explain this historically. However in here, there is a fact that has been put into the eyes of people especially in the Armenian genocide allegations and in the Pontian genocide allegations that the planned hatred behind these claims is obviously created by the western imperialists.

Each country has important historical memorial or important days. Like 4th of July in America.

There are 3 important days of the Republic of Turkey. Every year the celebrations and festivities are being held for these 3 days.

19 May – The begining of the independence war of Turkey, the day which Ataturk started to path of independence, 19 May 1919

April 23 – The day of the opening of the first parliament of the Republic of Turkey April 23, 1920

October 29 – The Republic was declared, October 29, 1923

This three day in Turkey, are celebrated as

May 19
The commemoration of Ataturk, youth and sports day

April 23
The national sovereignty and children’s day

October 29
Republic day

And let’s see, which days are being commemorated of Armenian genocide and Pontian genocide by some countries including Greece and Armenia.

May 19

Every year Greecks and the some counties commemorate 19 May as Pontian Greeks genocide. Into the supporting web pages of Pontian Greeks genocide claims, the events’ begining day is November 1914 and ends to 1922. But they chose the 19 May day to commemoration.

April 24

Every year Armenians and the some countries commemorate 24 April as Armenian genocide. Into the supporting web pages of the Armenian genocide claims, the events’ begining date is February 25, 1915 and ends in 1920’s. But they chose the 24 April day to commemoration.

October 29

Surprisingly there is not any commemoration genocide on this day yet. But I am sure one day, October 29 will be remembered as another country’s people genocide day which made by Turks. I do not thinks so, the imperialists will pass this day over, haha!

When I look to the especially selected days, I see Turkish revolution which was started by Ataturk and the Republic of Turkey where he led the build, caused distress to western imperialists. What about you?

I also believe that the fascists of every country are always condemned to return to the dark holes they come from. I believe that the Greeks do not/will not support the actions of these fascists and they always want to live in peace. (Please also read my post “έλα my brother” I wrote earlier.)

The two sides of the Aegean Sea are always close together. Even when you think you are farthest away!

November 10, is the day of 79th death anniversary of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who is founder of Republic Turkey.

Today, Communist Party of Turkey issued a statement for the 79th death anniversary of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.

If Mustafa Kemal Atatürk became a historical leader, there are historical reasons for that.

Mustafa Kemal is a historical leader for ruining imperialist plans of sharing the Anatolia after the First World War.

Mustafa Kemal is a historical leader for foreseeing the end of the Ottoman Empire.

Mustafa Kemal is a historical leader for taking the risk of abolishing the Sultanate and Caliphate.

Mustafa Kemal is a historical leader for using his personal authority fully to establish a secular Republic.

Mustafa Kemal is a historical leader for establishing a friendly relationship based on mutual interests with the Soviet Union.

Mustafa Kemal is a historical leader for taking progressive steps and speeding up the flow of history.

On the 79th anniversary of his death, those who are holding ceremonies with fake cries and heroic speeches without mentioning these reasons making him a historical leader and without confessing that all these progressive achievements are gone are hypocritical liars. We will denounce them.

On the other hand, those who don’t want to see the fact that independence, secularism, sovereignty and republicanism can’t coexist with an exploitation order will keep getting disappointed. Our call to them is as follows: ‘If you really want a secular, independent and sovereign Republic, you must fight to overthrow this social system dominated by big monopolies.’

Turkey is not in the 1920s. The social structure of the country and the circumstances have deeply changed. The bosses were just growing at the time. Now we live under the domination of an exploiting class that steals, ravages, plunders everything inside the country and endangers not only our people but whole world for their regional ambitions.

Now, this exploiting class will either be overthrown or the darkness will deepen. The material conditions of socialism were very weak in 1923 in comparison to now. Therefore, Mustafa Kemal and his friends made a different choice. As for now, we don’t have any other choice than socialism for the future of our country. Turkey will certainly meet with that choice.

19 May 1919 — ∞

Today is May 19th, 98 years ago today, after the World War 1, it was burned the fire of independence in Anatolia. Because Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and his 23 military fellows landed Samsun’s (the city of Black Sea coast)harbor in a small ferry.

Mustafa Kemal had resigned from Ottoman Army, already after than Istanbul Ottoman government issued an arrest warrant for Mustafa Kemal.

What was the situation at those days:

“When Mustafa Kemal landed in Samsun city of Anatolia on 19th May 1919, the situation of Anatolia was quite bad. People who came out wars which have been continued for long time, were tired, exhausted, and depressed. The Ottoman state was taken prisoner and Istanbul was occupied by emperialist forces. Sultan Vahideddin had no choice and was miserable.

The people who were tired from wars that have continued for long time could not taken one more war into consideration. But, when districts of Anatolia were started to occupy by westerners, and each district began to defend its property, life and honor.

Thus national forces called “Kuva-yi Milliye” was formed by Mustafa Kemal could establish an orderly army by organizing the Kuva-yi Milliye unities. Thereby, Anatolia people started straggling for their own motherland and national values one more time.”

Think about it, the world war has finished yet. Ottoman army has lost about 1,5 million soldiers, next to this figure about 200,000 troops have been captured in from Egypt to Tripoli on many fronts. There was no gun, even no food in Anatolia. While Mustafa Kemal and Kuva-i Milliye army started to Independence war with Anatolia people, they had only 3 war planes, even one of them was broken German war plane.

Under this circumstances, whole Anatolia people resisted against invader imperialist forces. According to Sevres Treaty, Anatolia has been occupied as the following map:

So, Anatolia people who had suffered great losses were struggling with the atrocities of the invader countries.

And they started a new war, their Independence War against imperialism with the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.

Independence War of Turkey was not easy. There are many photographs that you can see on internet about war loses of the countries, like after WW2. But there are not so many pictures about how Anatolia has been after Independence war. People can forget or don’t remember if there is no photograph. Without photograph as if the war seems not to happen. I have found these about how Anatolia was after the Independence War of Turkey. These tell how much horrible that war. Because while the occupied countries was retreating, they burned the cities and left behind them. These are the photograps which were taken in some Anatolia cities during and after Independence War of Turkey.(1919-1922)

I hope these photographs have given some clues how much struggled Anatolia people fought in their Independence War.

A country in this shape was left into the hands of the people of Anatolia by imperialists. But Anatolia people built the new republic over it with the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.

Today, 19th May, is celebrated as “Commemoration Ataturk and Youth and Sports Day” every year. Ataturk had said for this day, “19 May is my birthday.” Intrestingly, Ataturk’s real birth date is not known. And with the republic, 19 May had been recorded as his birthday to his identity card.

He always believed in youth. Almost every words of him address to the youth. Like his words of Nutuk, he trusted youth for county.

You can hear the words like that: “Ataturk is not popular for the Turkey people anymore.”

Don’t give the credits to these words. If there is something, this is the truth of the longing to Ataturk of Turkey people is rising in every year.

People, young or adult, go to Anıtkabir every national day. Huge crowds are gathering to memorialize and express gratitude for Ataturk in every city. They sing songs or marchs for him, the pictures or photographs are collecting and making posters, and many things are done. Like the video that I have shared at first line of this post. The lyric of that song: “I have never known anyone more special than you. I have never seen anyone more beautiful than you.” Like this song and video, if you write on youtube,”Ataturk cocukları” or “Izmir Marsı” (there are more but these two enough I guess) you can see that especially the young people’s longing and love to Ataturk.

This attitude of Turkey people, could seem weird for the rest of the world. They can ask: “Why the people are still keeping Ataturk in their hearts and minds almost 100 years later?”

Nobody forces Turkey Republic people to keep Ataturk in their hearts or mind. This is made without any pressure and made sincerely. Even more and more with everyday, the commitment to Ataturk is rising. (like Newton’s Third Law of Motion)

And the anwser of the question of “Why the people still keep Ataturk in their hearts and minds almost 100 years later?”: “Are you able to forget the person who gave you freedom and your honor back?”

I know this was a question-answer but it is still answer you know.;)

When the clocks show 09:05 on the 10th of November

Mustafa Kemal Ataturk died at 9:05 on 10th of November, 1938. This year is the 78. commemorating year of him.

“Ataturk” word is compound word. It comprises of two word “Ata” and “Turk”. Ata word meaning is “father-ancestor” in Turkish. Ataturk is the surname of Mustafa Kemal. Also, any one cannot be named with Ataturk name except Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. This was framed by the act of law on constitution of Turkey Republic in 1934.

We miss him more then ever.

*The sentence of death for him had been given by last Ottoman Sultan Vahdettin in 1920 before Vahdettin run away from country with British war ship.

The picture at the video is Anitkabir, the memorial tomb of Ataturk and museum in Ankara. Every year many people visit Anitkabir; not only on November 10, they visit on the other national days like October 29.

Every year many people of Turkey pay tribute to Mustafa Kemal Ataturk at the 09:05 on 10th of November. The alarms are being given with sirens, people are standing up, the cars are being stopped, and the people are in a moment of silence for rememberence of him. This ambiance has not changed last 78 years.

This scene has been taken in Istanbul. Also you can see this scene in many city of Turkey in same day, in same moment on every year, when the clocks show 09:05 on every 10th of November.
