Today is May 19th, 98 years ago today, after the World War 1, it was burned the fire of independence in Anatolia. Because Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and his 23 military fellows landed Samsun’s (the city of Black Sea coast)harbor in a small ferry.
Mustafa Kemal had resigned from Ottoman Army, already after than Istanbul Ottoman government issued an arrest warrant for Mustafa Kemal.
What was the situation at those days:
“When Mustafa Kemal landed in Samsun city of Anatolia on 19th May 1919, the situation of Anatolia was quite bad. People who came out wars which have been continued for long time, were tired, exhausted, and depressed. The Ottoman state was taken prisoner and Istanbul was occupied by emperialist forces. Sultan Vahideddin had no choice and was miserable.
The people who were tired from wars that have continued for long time could not taken one more war into consideration. But, when districts of Anatolia were started to occupy by westerners, and each district began to defend its property, life and honor.
Thus national forces called “Kuva-yi Milliye” was formed by Mustafa Kemal could establish an orderly army by organizing the Kuva-yi Milliye unities. Thereby, Anatolia people started straggling for their own motherland and national values one more time.”
Think about it, the world war has finished yet. Ottoman army has lost about 1,5 million soldiers, next to this figure about 200,000 troops have been captured in from Egypt to Tripoli on many fronts. There was no gun, even no food in Anatolia. While Mustafa Kemal and Kuva-i Milliye army started to Independence war with Anatolia people, they had only 3 war planes, even one of them was broken German war plane.
Under this circumstances, whole Anatolia people resisted against invader imperialist forces. According to Sevres Treaty, Anatolia has been occupied as the following map:
So, Anatolia people who had suffered great losses were struggling with the atrocities of the invader countries.
And they started a new war, their Independence War against imperialism with the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
Independence War of Turkey was not easy. There are many photographs that you can see on internet about war loses of the countries, like after WW2. But there are not so many pictures about how Anatolia has been after Independence war. People can forget or don’t remember if there is no photograph. Without photograph as if the war seems not to happen. I have found these about how Anatolia was after the Independence War of Turkey. These tell how much horrible that war. Because while the occupied countries was retreating, they burned the cities and left behind them. These are the photograps which were taken in some Anatolia cities during and after Independence War of Turkey.(1919-1922)
I hope these photographs have given some clues how much struggled Anatolia people fought in their Independence War.
A country in this shape was left into the hands of the people of Anatolia by imperialists. But Anatolia people built the new republic over it with the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
Today, 19th May, is celebrated as “Commemoration Ataturk and Youth and Sports Day” every year. Ataturk had said for this day, “19 May is my birthday.” Intrestingly, Ataturk’s real birth date is not known. And with the republic, 19 May had been recorded as his birthday to his identity card.
He always believed in youth. Almost every words of him address to the youth. Like his words of Nutuk, he trusted youth for county.
You can hear the words like that: “Ataturk is not popular for the Turkey people anymore.”
Don’t give the credits to these words. If there is something, this is the truth of the longing to Ataturk of Turkey people is rising in every year.
People, young or adult, go to Anıtkabir every national day. Huge crowds are gathering to memorialize and express gratitude for Ataturk in every city. They sing songs or marchs for him, the pictures or photographs are collecting and making posters, and many things are done. Like the video that I have shared at first line of this post. The lyric of that song: “I have never known anyone more special than you. I have never seen anyone more beautiful than you.” Like this song and video, if you write on youtube,”Ataturk cocukları” or “Izmir Marsı” (there are more but these two enough I guess) you can see that especially the young people’s longing and love to Ataturk.
This attitude of Turkey people, could seem weird for the rest of the world. They can ask: “Why the people are still keeping Ataturk in their hearts and minds almost 100 years later?”
Nobody forces Turkey Republic people to keep Ataturk in their hearts or mind. This is made without any pressure and made sincerely. Even more and more with everyday, the commitment to Ataturk is rising. (like Newton’s Third Law of Motion)
And the anwser of the question of “Why the people still keep Ataturk in their hearts and minds almost 100 years later?”: “Are you able to forget the person who gave you freedom and your honor back?”
I know this was a question-answer but it is still answer you know.;)

Eveything is meaningless. Spring has come. Actually we passed directly summer in here into 10 days, the weather is 32 degrees Celsius right now. If we don’t experience the spring why the spring exists? Who fools us!
There are so many questions in my mind. The humans think that we, the dogs don’t think too much. Recently I have read an article for example. It was about the dogs imitate people’s behavior. It was annoying. Firstly, the dogs are not copies of each other. So if one or two dogs imitate to humans, it does not mean that all dogs do the same. The entire dog community can not be left under suspicion. This is flagitious! If we don’t write the articles about human behaviors, it doesn’t show that the dogs don’t think too much. On the contrary, it means that we’ve thought much over it, therefore it is unnecessary to write an article over that subject anymore. Because, there is no need to put the issue that everyone knows, down on paper.
Yes, the dogs are the living creatures which think to much. We are questioning all the times.
These questions are the important questions. Before arraying the questions I have to say that I am skipping the more important question:
“Who am I?”
You know the one of best philosophers of our age Jackie Chan had asked this question and he was replied in his movie “Who am I?”.
We, the dogs know that the answer of “who am I?” is excatly same in the movie.
Thanks to Jackie Chan it doesn’t need to think about it. Then, we can focus on the other important questions. Like the second important question:
“Am I happy?”
Unfortunately, the answer to this question is negative. We have been unhappy for 225 million years; I mean since the last super-continental Pangea period when the continents were united. Because at those days Colombia was in an adjacent position to the Africa continent. And it could be reached by land. All the continents were under a single continent name. Most likely there was no Eurovision song contest at that time. Because there was no Europe continent. There was the Pangea song contest for the entire Pangea continent, and the singers of all the countries on Earth were able to compete. If it was still the same continent today, Colombia would be in this contest and we could watch and listen Shakira in the contest. This is the formula of happiness!
But, we have been unhappy for 225 million years!
We came to the 3rd important question.
“If I think, therefore I am?”
The answer is, in fact, not exactly the same. To think is not the core. How you think is the core that actually connected to the issue. For example, there are philosophers who think about the universal effects of the morality of the good will. But there is not a philosopher who thinks about the universal effects of the immorality of bad intentions. Here we can say that human philosophers are anxious to look cute around themselves. They don’t want to use the discomfortable words like “immorality”. Because of them and nobody thought over the universal effects of the immorality of bad intentions, the world goes to sink on the hands of the people who have bad intentions and bad behavior. If the philosophers had thought on opposite side, this wouldn’t have been a problem of todays! So, if you think, therefore you are not actually. That’s why don’t boast about yourself uselessly, and don’t have the tattoo of “cogito ergo sum” done while it’s meaning is still vague!
While all the philosophers were blowing their minds up on “thinking” idea, one day a man appeared and asked following. This is the fourth important question in our sequence:
“Is ‘to think’ enough by itself, if there is no action in it?”
This man’s name was Karl Marx.
Why Marx asked this question? Because, he was in love deeply to rich man’s daughter, Jenny von Westphalen. Marx was poor, Jenny was rich. And they lived their love secretly during seven years! Seven years, wow! Seven years later, Marx who now understood that action was more important than thinking, proposed to marry Jenny, It is said that Marx has thought “The entity and matter it must be considered as having an independent from the thought” very first time, when he has offered to marry for Jenny.
I can understand Marx’s mood. Think about it, you find a love of your life and you are waiting for seven years! I cannot stand in a few second if I see my lady dog who will be my love! Marx who understood the sitting and thinking are pointless, took the action.
Now, I hope, you can more understand when Marx said “productive relations”, he was mentioning “marriage”. After marriage, the years in poverty continued. Marx struggled so hard to find a solution, however he was able to realased one day he left the writing table, a gigantic work of two volumes had emerged for humanity. Which is all had started with a paper of kitchen shopping lists and the prices for his family.
He and his family lived in the poverty and hunger. Even they have lost four children because of poverty. You see, my dear followers, if Marx had lived in todays, his life would have been a lyric of a rap song top of the list, or Oscar movie subject. But he lived almost 2 hundred years ago, and he missed all copyrights of the artistic works which can be done about his life.
So, it might have been,
But it all never happened due to the time line. And his life directed to the millions.
By the way, the anwser is 4th question, is “yes, action is important as much as thinking.”
When materialism was questioned more with Marx, the fifth important question emerged:
“Who is the responsible of the god’s death?”
According to human philosopher Nietzsche, the god has been killed about 19th century by humans. So, Nietzsche was the eyewitness. Even, he was the only eyewitness! When we thinking on humans’ features and what they can capable of, if humans were able to kill the god, why they left behind the eyewitness? It is nonsense! Probably, Nietzsche killed the god and he had cast aspersions on rest of humans! Gladly we the dogs do not have any mad like Nietzsche, and our bone god is still living!
I hope I could have helped about the most five important questions on Earth. I know there are so many important questions except these five. Like the following questions:
-Why US and Russia don’t fight with each other at Bering Strait? (It is easier than fighting in Middle East for them)
-Why the Miss Universe beauty contest is only made up by Earthlings?
-Why always Canadian pharmacy firms send aphrodisiac drugs spam emails? (Always Canadian, not British, not US not the others.)
-How does a robot answer to the question of “where do you see yourself in five years” in the job interview?
-Why there is not a green pill in Matrix movie(kind of limbo place); so why they force the humans to choose only between bad or good?
List goes on like that.
Maybe next time, we would try to answer these and the others. 😉
My friends this is just too much for me. I am still a single mother.You know I have been an advocate for the poor, disabled, abused, harmed , neglected, animals, children, ect. My entire life. Here in Colorado everyone knows what caused all this. Sorry, I have not had coffee yet. Jake, when he was 5 would become overwhelmed at school. It is apart of SPD. He had an incredible pediatrician that was against putting kids on drugs. He made arrangements for occupational therapy. Said to me just keep doing the OT and change is diet. Well one day, Jake was frustrated, there as an event at school and they punished him by putting him in a padded closet 😦 he freaked out. Did anyone call me NO! then they let him out his flight or fight was so fired up. He was just a little guy 😦 he lashed out at a teacher.
Long story short. The DHS workers came to me and said if I did not medicate Jake they would put him in a residential treatment facility for kids with mental issues, and take him away from me. His pediatrician (who retired when Jake was 5 said NO way, he does not need drugs. I took Jake out of the Medicaid insurance and found a fantastic pediatric psychologist, and to get DHS off my back we agreed to dust Jake with Clonidine.
It was just enough to make the state leave us alone!! My friends this makes me cry. Being a mother is the MEANING of my life! I worked 4- 10 hour shifts in hospital so I could have 3 days off with my son. Later I would just pull 12 hours on the weekend so I could be there to help Jake if his SPD flared up. For the most part Jake was a snuggle bug, and just wanted to be at home with Mom.
As promised by Dr. Beasley with OT Jake grew out of the SPD 50% of the kids do!
The overdose happened at the time we had decided to start weaning Jake off the clonidine! 😦 😦
I shut down my life after the OD, I had a bit of savings and pretty much became a stay at home Mom. I just wanted to stare at my son’s face I was so happy to have him alive! I am tired my friends. I have been trying to change the US system since I was 14 years old, and they deported my grandparents. (They were my parents) I enrolled in military school. My grandparent thought my chances for opportunity would be better in the USA 😦
I never counted on people to help me, I worked hard!

It was the news reporter that found out! That was a crushing blow since my main attorney was a Marine Alex Wilscke 😦 I cam barreling down on them How could they!

You bet the coroner swapped Jakes samples they are not his, but they will not give them to me, because they know I will DNA sample them, I have called the FBI and the CIA myself!
You bet I wanted follow up care for Jake after the OD but the umbrella insurance company ordered his new pediatrician, because my favorite retired NOT to see Jake he was a medical liability!
Search engines are filtered in the USA and it was not until I left the country that I found a case of Clonidine causing DIC! When I came back to the USA with this information, I was met with shut doors! They would not listen to me.
The day Jake died, PVH again under the same insurance company let him lay there with no pain meds or heparin! Again because orders were put in place not to treat Jake!
I have nearly lost my mind in this. There is a media black out on the story WHY I can not get one paper, one news source to run the story!
Now I sit here using my neighbor wifi, mine has been disconnected. They have done their best to break my communication. 911 even told me not to call them! The FBI said, it is a local matter BUT again. The county and the police will not respond to my calls!
Sojourner told me months ago. Stop Caroline and save yourself. I was sad. I wanted to fight to save other children. I kept on fighting. it is against every fiber in my being to watch anything suffer.
I can’t drive, I have no gas money and I have an eviction notice on my apartment. Again, everything people have known for months!
Since Lasater and Martin are not willing to negotiate the claim. I have to STOP! I have to go back to proving for my surviving children. They need me! There is nothing wrong with me. I saw my child get tortured in front of my eyes and die. I heard my baby’s ribs break during 40 minutes of CPR. That is not something that ever leaves your mind!
Now, I can’t get ONE lawyer to help me! Not one governmental agency! This is insanity! people are so greedy they can not even donate to my Gofund me for pharmacy reform.
This fight is making me physically ill! I can not fight, if I can not even afford to go to the doctor my self!.
